CV
Marlene Kollmayer has been a senior lecturer for transfer and implementation research with a focus on gender and diversity in education at the Faculty of Psychology since February 2025. From 2018 to 2025, she was employed as a University assistant (postdoc) at the Department of Developmental and Educational Psychology, and from 2013 to 2018 as a University assistant (pre-doc) and Research assistant at the Department of Applied Psychology: Work, Education, Economy, and additionally as a freelance evaluator and trainer in various contexts. In her dissertation, she examined subtle mechanisms for maintaining gender stereotypes in educational contexts.
