Lebenslauf
Marlene Kollmayer ist seit Februar 2025 Senior Lecturer für Transfer und Implementierungsforschung mit inhaltlichem Schwerpunkt Gender & Diversity in Education an der Fakultät für Psychologie. Von 2018 bis 2025 war sie als Universitätsassistentin (Post Doc) am Institut für Psychologie der Entwicklung und Bildung beschäftigt, von 2013 bis 2018 als Universitätsassistentin (Prä Doc) und wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin am Institut für Angewandte Psychologie: Arbeit, Bildung, Wirtschaft und zusätzlich als freie Evaluatorin und Trainerin in verschiedenen Kontexten tätig. In ihrer Dissertation beschäftigte sie sich mit subtilen Mechanismen der Aufrechterhaltung von Geschlechterstereotypen in Bildungskontexten.
