CV

Birgit Leidenfrost completed her doctoral studies in the humanities (dissertation area psychology) at the University of Vienna in 2012. As part of this she was a project collaborator and lecturer in the Cascaded Blended Mentoring project. From 2012 to 2022 she was responsible for the organization and implementation of the Supervised Orientation Tutorial (SOT) for first-year psychology students, as well as the training and supervision of Student Advisors, who mentored first-year students in small groups as part of SOT. 

Since 2012, Birgit Leidenfrost has been a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Psychology of Development and Education with a diverse teaching portfolio. This includes e.g. VO Introduction to Scientific Methods and Concepts in Psychology, Practice-oriented Seminar in Psychology, UE Science Communication in Psychology, Literature Seminar, Bachelor Thesis Seminar.
