CV

Marlene Kollmayer has been a Senior Lecturer for Transfer and Implementation Research with a focus on Gender & Diversity in Education at the Faculty of Psychology since February 2025. From 2018 to 2025, she worked as a university assistant (post doc) at the Institute for Psychology of Development and Education, from 2013 to 2018 as a university assistant (pre doc) and researcher at the Institute for Applied Psychology: Work, Education, Economics and additionally as a freelance evaluator and trainer in various contexts. In her dissertation, she dealt with subtle mechanisms of maintaining gender stereotypes in educational contexts.
